The location of the hotel was excellent. A few minutes walk from the bus station and an excellent location to explore Santander. The staff on reception were really helpful. The door handle to the bathroom fell off, I took this down to reception and it was fixed whilst I was out. The breakfast was good value The shower was fantastic - lovely hot water and very powerful

Location is very good for buses and trains - close to the main city area. Staff were helpful and friendy - always willing to give advice. Paid extra for breakfast which was excellent with a wide selection of choices. We stayed twice at this Hotel - would recommend it.

If you think that you've got a parking,you don't! Unless you pay 15 € a day. It was advertise with parking facility tho. And the staff may be nice but when we checked in the person at the reception was not friendly at all. The room is clean,everything else was fine.

Room recently remodelled and clean. Staff friendly. Not a 5 star property but not pretending to be. For what it is, it’s very good with clean, recently remodelled rooms that is very reasonably priced and well located for the bus and train station and the centre.
